I purchased this grinder for my husband, and it completely surpassed my expectations for it! If you are looking for an herb grinder, skip all the cheaply made plastic ones (which actually cost way more than this one!) and buy this one now. It is SO well made, and the magnets make it nearly impossible for the contents to spill out. You unscrew the top to dump out the ground herbs, or you can just use your fingers to pinch out however much you need. The diamond cut teeth work so beautifully, and you will never have to worry about them falling out (which was what happened with the plastic one we had).
It was amazing how fine the herbs were ground up, absolutely perfect. I'm thinking about buying several more for friends.

got my grinder today. i have to say, i completely and totally disagree with some of the other reviews. superb value for the money. best ive ever used thus far. ive been "grinding spices" for well over 35 years, and in that time, ive yet to come across a grinder of this magnitude, especially for the money. the whole unit is very well made, fits together tghter than a drum, and only the god stuff falls thru the stainless screen. i was in the process of using it, and accidentally knocked it off of my table ( about 3ft) completely full, and it hit the floor with a thud. did it come open? did pollen and herbs fly all over the place? heck no!...solid as a rock. the model i ordered from this seller also included a pollen press, which i tried out on several grams of saved pollen i had. worked flawlessly. one thing i recommend though, make sure your pollen is warm before pressing it. it will compress much tighter and be much easier to manage.makes nice neat tight compact disks, which are easily used when your ready to sample your goods. great for storing your pollen in nice neat disks or cylinders, depending on how much you load into it!
dont waste your money on the rest when you can have the best!

All together including shipping this cost me about 15 bucks. Not a bad price for what you get. The grinder is a little smaller than I expected, but it's still a great size and fits comfortably in my hand. My only complaint thus far is the weakness of the magnet holding the top grinding part on. Overall, a much better option than the 40 and 50 dollar grinders that serve basically the same purpose.

Title says all. Great grinder, looks great, but I've seen better. You can get a higher quality grinder, but most definitely going to be more expensive. The magnet could be stronger, and it's a little tight to turn, but saying that, the only grinder you find with a tephlon ring will cost more. Pollen screen is durable and the thing as a whole has got a heavy duty feel and weight. I give 4 Stars.

This grinder works great, the keif catcher is amazing! If you like this model of grinder by the looks, just get it. You wont be disappointed.
It grinds herb very fine, if you want an even finer grind..
1)Load herb to grinded.
2)Turn grinder upside down, and begin grinding.
This will allow the herb to keep being ground without falling through the holes to the screen.
When you want to collect the keif from the catcher.
1)Unscrew keif catcher from the grinder and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes or so.
2)Get a flat surface (I use a mirror) and lightly tap all the keif out onto the flat surface.
This process will collect around 90% of the keif.
