I use it and stand behind it. It has help up for 3 years now. The peas I used are very hard so it will have no problems chewing through anything you throw at it. Sorry about the shoddy quality, Amazon will not let me upload in true quality...

So, I got the grinder a day early. That was nice. But the quality of the grinder is terrible. The machining quality is fair at best and there are 10, yes 10! different defect holes in the aluminum casting along with numerous dings and scratches clearly visable through the packaging. The fact that the defects are obvious irks me more than anything. Way to go Evolve Industries.

This item looks to be well-made and to be better for grinding spices and herbs than the mortar and pestle I have been using. However, it's too early in the season for any of my home grown herbs to come in so I can try it out. It would have been nice to have instructions so one will have to experiment to find out which "blade" works best in which circumstance.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews this is a nice little grinder. For the price you will not be disappointed.
Have seen this exact grinder at local head shops for upwards of 70 bucks. Can't go wrong for 10 bucks.
